چکیده

Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) are among the world’s widely affected disorders, including ischemia and stroke. Acute Myocardial (AMI) is a deadly disease caused by irreversible damage to left ventricular heart tissues. The thromboembolic plaque stops oxygen supply main blood vessels ventricles. During chronic inflammation, myocardial infarction free radicals stable myocardium, smooth muscles cell, epithelial cells outer membrane loss wall smoothing dilation. Specially constructed scaffolds made of biological nanoparticles have been created shield ventricle from further injury recover ischemic endothelial cells. Preclinical experiments demonstrated that containing growth factors will regenerate tissue into pericardium in good working order. Various medicinal approaches treat cardiovascular conditions at different stages discussed this review article, with biomaterials receiving special attention. This addresses manipulation manufacturing biomedical implantable devices using nanomedicine methods drug delivery principles. use graphene exosomal nanovesicle therapeutics recently progressed research studies.

Recent Advances in Hemophilia Gene Therapy

Heterogeneous loss of function mutations at F8 and F9 genes causes X-linked recessive bleeding disorders, hemophilia A (HA) and hemophilia B (HB), respectively. HA is clinically indistinguishable from HB and accounts for more than 80% of hemophilia cases; the former affects 1/5000 and the latter 1/25000 male births worldwide. In Iran, it is estimated that around 4300 HA and 900 HB patients are ...

Recent Advances in Cardiovascular Disease

THAT a first description of an important clinical condition should be so complete and at once so concise that, for nearly two hundred years, no one has added anything material to it, or discarded anything from it as irrelevant, is indeed a great rarity. Yet this is true of Heberden's description of angina pectoris, as it is contained in the paper he read before the Royal College of Physicians i...

Cell Therapy in Cardiovascular Disease

Recently, cell therapy has sparked a revolution in ischemic heart disease that will in the future help clinicians to cure patients. Earlier investigations in animal models and clinical trials have suggested that positive paracrine effects such as neoangiogenesis and anti-apoptotic can improve myocardial function. In this regard the Royan cell therapy center designed a few trials in collaborat...

Barriers and recent advances in non-viral vectors targeting the lungs for cystic fibrosis gene therapy

Cystic fibrosis (CF) is an autosomal recessive disorder caused by mutations in CFTR genes that affect chloride ion channel. The CF is a good nominee for gene therapy as the asymptomatic carriers are phenotypically normal, and the desired cells are accessible for vector delivery. Gene therapy shows promising effects involving the correction of gene or replacement of the mutant gene with the func...
